Peek at My Week - Catch Up Time

The end of the year crazy has OFFICIALLY HIT y'all. Big.  Time.  Where has the time gone?  Suddenly we are planning end of the year awards assemblies, I'm buying end of the year gifts for my kiddos and getting ready for my daughter's preschool graduation.  With that being said, I have been a little MIA when it comes to my store and my blog - sorry about that - life happens!  I did have some time this weekend so I am back for a Peek at My Week!  This week we are finishing up our frog unit we started last week.  We'll be doing our animal report so stayed tuned for some super cute pictures coming up!  To download my plan just click on the picture below.  Once downloaded you can click on any of the pictures to be taken to that product!

My shared reading set this week focuses on the words 'get', 'well', and 'soon' - which lend themselves perfectly for a story about a sick class!  Click on the picture below to check it out!

I also bundled weeks 29-32 to save you a bit of money!  Click on the picture below to see it in my store.

I wanted to let you all know about a little product I recently purchased.  Y'all know the Moffatt Girls right?  Well, Annie has created a SPECTACULAR set of fluency strips that are perfect for my kiddos.  I was looking for something for my kiddos to practice on daily basis and build stamina and fluency while reading.  This product is perfect!  It's super simple to prep and there are running record assessment sheets included so I can organize how my kids are doing!  Click HERE to check out Annie's blog post about this AMAZING product!

Well, while doing this fluency strip assessments on my kiddos, I noticed that several of them were struggling decoding words with b's, d's, and p's independently.  To help I created this little sort to give us some more practice!  It's a free download this week!  Click on the picture below to grab it!

I also finished up my May Write the Room product for all of my Write the Room fans!  (Nothing like waiting until the last minute huh?)  I will be creating a June Write the Room with some fun summer themes!  I promise to have it finished sooner!   :)

With all of this work I've been doing lately and the stress of the end of the year, it is SO HARD to feel appreciated.  Well, to let us know how much they care, Teachers Pay Teachers is having a site wide SALE this week!  My entire store will be an additional 20% off!

This is the perfect time to grab two of the first products I ever created - end of the year awards!

Every child deserves to be recognized for the contribution they have made to your class.  My "End of the Year Student and Volunteer Awards" are editable and, with 32 different award choices, can be used to recognize each child!

My "Rocking the End of the School Year" included a fun rock star craft and writing project along with award certificates for your students!

Whew!  Well, now that I'm caught up on lesson plans - I need to begin working on summer school plans!  Eeek!  Summer school starts in just a month!  Our theme is SPACE so be looking for some fun space themed things coming up!

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!
